H1B transfer while H1B amendment from current current employer has RFE

Hi Folks,

I had got a RFE for H1 amendment in April , the RFE was responded in June. The status of the RFE still shows that the response has been received.

How long does it take to process RFE under normal processing ?

Can I get the H1B transferred to a different employer now ?

Will i get RFE for the H1B transfer as well since the previous rfe is still not cleared ?

My I 94 is valid till September next year.

Any help is highly appreciated.
