Hello,
I am on H1-B currently with I-140 approved in EB2 PD of June 2014. My spouse has H1-B with I-140 approved in EB2 PD of April 2015.
I was wondering if I convert to H4-EAD now, can I still continue my GC application. Just because I moved from H1-B to H4, will I be able to apply for my final stage in GC process when it’s the time?
Also Do I need to be in H1 status when I have to apply for 485?
I am thinking there would be more opportunities if I have EAD rather than H1.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
