Hi,
I am Employed with Employer A on H1B and am having a I-797B.
My H1B Transfer with Employer B got approved and I received an I-797C. But I haven't joined Employer B. Am still with Employer A.
Now, I have a great Offer with Employer C and they are willing to do H1B Transfer.
So which I-797 should I provide to Employer C for the transfer (I-797B from Current Employer A or the recently approved I-797C from Employer B or Both) ? Please advise.
