Hi Friends
My wife is planning to change her status from H4 to H1 since she wanted to have a break
Below are my questions
1. Her last working day is next 07/22/2016. Can she file the documents by 07/15? Will it be ok with the filing date is before 7/22 or the receipt date should be by 7/22?
2. I need to file my H1 Extn in November . Do I need to file H1 and H4 together? If yes I dont know whether by December H4 will be approved so I dont know whether i need to file the extn of H4 along with myself or Need to wait till the current H4 gets approved.
