H1 B Visa will approved without pay stub

Hi,

I am working with Company A in India (2015 to 2016)

I went to US for 1 months and 1 week (35-40 days) on H1B in 2016 from company B (US based). Due to personal reasons I came back to INDIA and joined in company A again.

Now, I joined company C and is willing to send me to US. But, I do not have the pay stubs from company B for the 1 months 1 week that I worked in US.

1. Is it possible to transfer my H1B to company C with out those paystubs?
2. Will i have to explain company C that i was in US for 35 days without paystub?
3. What type of RFE may come during transfer?
4. Which I797 i should provide to my company C? current I797 (i-797 Valid till 2018) or previous Compnay A I797(H1B cancelled)
