I had a query and hope to get it resolved here. So I recently started working in a company and on my OPT period. The current company is not sure about filling my work visa for the next draw. I've came in touch with an organization who is willing to do my H1b visa without any obligation. Is it possible for this to happen as I have no idea about such cases.
Also, if the company B is willing to do my H1b do I have to take a H1b transfer for my current company?
