Hi ,
When I was working with previous employer and h1 b visa was initiated.
It got through the lottery process and I left the company.
What will happen to that visa?
In the new company,i have an opportunity to have B1 visa.So when filling ds-160 form,it asks if previous visa is refused or withdrawn in previous us travel section.I am not sure to say yes or no to this.
Can you please let me know what needs to be done?
