H1b visa stamping options without I 94

I just got my h1b extension without I 94 though. I am out of status for around 4 weeks.To save my job I have to immediately get visa stamped and get back to work. I can't go to India because there are no visa dates till Oct 15.
As am out of status ,I can't go to mexico or Canada. So, what other options I have around US like - Bahamas, Jamaica etc? Plz lemme know.

Sometimes USCIS is unable to find a valid I-94 number on the petitions submitted. If you have a copy of your previous I-94, you should submit a ticket on the USCIS website requesting an petition amends (not a new amended petition)to include you I-94 number. It was probably a printing error, and they should be able to send you an amended approval notice with your I-94 number. It may take a while however with the current backlogs in the USCIS system.
