H1 transfer from Employer A to B with NO H1B STAMPING
I have completed my Master in EE in 2014 and since then i am doing a job for employer A.
Employer A filed for my H1B and it has started from Oct 2015. Since then i have not gone to India and so i don't have H1B stamped.
Now i got a new job offer and i want to transfer H1b to new employer.
I have to go to India this december 2016 and so i'll have my H1 stamped.
So my question is, Will this be a problem in my stamping (In interview or in any documentation)??
Or should i just go to india now, have my H1 stamped, come back and then take h1b transfer and new job.
