I have a question regarding H1 transfer
1) I am on my OPT right now and will be applying for my H1 in coming april and should be getting the approved H1
by end of april, but my H1's effective date will be October 1st 2006. What happens if I would like to switch my company sometime before October(ie before my H1's effective date).
Can the second company just do a H1 transfer or will have to get H1 for me from scratch.
2) As I told I am on my OPT right now and that will be there till my H1's effective date. So will my H1 be transferable even if i have left company A(before H1's effective date) and joined company B after a while like a month or two.
