I94 Expiry

Hi Team,

My visa is valid till Sep 9 2016 and My I94 is valid till Sep 19th 2016.I am planning to visit India on September 30th 2016 for My stamping on amended petition(yet to come)

As my I 94 expires on Sep 19th 2016,Am I legally allowed to stay in country until Sep 30th? If not ,how can I extend my I 94 till Sep 30th 2016?
