If my company process GC in EB3, and my Spouse whos is currently h4 gets an EAD

Hi Immi help ,

I am in a Dilemma. Please help me...

I am currently working on my H1B visa and got an offer from a Company but they do GC only in EB3 category. My Wife is a registered nurse. And She is waiting for someone who can do GC for me so that, she can start working once my i140 is approved. So I have few questions here.

1) If my new company file GC in EB3, how much time it will take to get the i140 approval for my wife (h4) to work?
2) If She gets a job as a Registered Nurse, is it possible for her company to start her GC processing ? What are the steps for that? and how much time it will take to get GC for Registered Nurses. (I heard its fast for them )
3) In case, if they start her GC processing, instead of waiting for my company's long waiting period, can i fall under her GC processing?
