I am currently working with Employer A and i have valid H1B visa till September 2017.
1. If i move to new employer B and travel abroad should i get my passport stamped for the new employer visa before reentering USA ?
2. People suggest that i don't have to get VISA stamped if i have i-797 approval notice from new employer B along with the old stamping from employer A is it true ?
3. If I am getting my H1B visa transferred will there be any impact for my wife H4 Visa.
4. Last question . I plan to apply for my H1B transfer on August 15th in premium processing and plan to travel to india on September 4th. Will i have attend the H1 Visa stamping ? I cannot avoid this trip. Please advise how to plan.
