I see a question is DS-160 about the Driver's license. I have a learner's permit only, Does learner's permit considered driver's license. Should I go for Yes/No?

Basically indian license can be used just for one month. Again that depends on what state you will be going. Because different state law has different rules. I don't think there is issue whether you mentioned you have learner's permit or permanent license.

DS-160 specially mentions US Drivers license, not Indian License.
