Urgent Help - H1B Amendment filed after H1B Extension request triggered RFE
Hi,
My employer filed H1B extension as of March 2016 and that has triggered an RFE as of June 2016.
I have been relocated to new client for different location with amendment as July 2016.
My employer advised me saying RFE(Asking end client agreement) on existing extension request wont have any impact on new amendment petition and they will widthdraw the old petition When they filed my amendment case with USCIS.
They filed my amendment after my i-94 expiry date.
Please advise how to proceed on next steps.
If they withdraw my previous extension will it cause any legal issue?
If they are not withdrawing old petition then How do I need to respond RFE? Based on old client or new client?
Please help.
