Hi,
I’m currently on H4 status. A company sponsored by H1B this year and it was picked in lottery. USCIS has issued a RFE for evidence showing maintaining of H4 status.
My spouse joined a new employer last year and has been working with that employer since then. It looks like the company sent incorrect payslips with my H1B application and now USCIS has asked to demonstrate that my spouse has been maintaining H1B status since last year until April 11 when my petition was picked. As a note, they have also asked to share the last 3 paystubs.
I’m confused if we need to share all payslips starting from last year OR just last 3 payslips will be sufficient. I did share last 3 payslips with my employer now but I am afraid that my application is not denied if I don’t share all payslips from last year
