Hi,
I got H1B in 2012 and applied extensions 2014, 2015, 2016. In 2016 i got RFE with company "A", Instead of replying to RFE we with drawl the application.
I transferred my H1B from company A to B, Company B sent documents to USCIS on July1 st.
Unfortunately USCIS revoked H1B in June 29 Th( only 2012, remaing EAC **** **'s 2014,2015 showing about to revocation from May 5 Th.. We didn't receive notice from USCIS so we came to know about revocation last week
I got H1B in 2015 till Sep 2016. Now it showing about to revoke that means I-94 also revoked?
Suppose If i don't get approval from company "B"
Am i eligible to apply Change of status before Sep 9 Th?
