Wife in H4 EAD but husband in H1B with I140 Approved job change.

HI Gurus,
I have this simple question hope any of guys can answer. I am currently with Employer A on H1B and I140 Approved. I plan to move to employer B using H1B transfer . Can my wife still work on H4 EAD with previous I140 approval from employer A?
