I need an information ,
I have completed 6 years on my H1-B and currently received a 1 year extension on I-140 approval from Employee A.
Am planning to change my Employer from A to Employer B, So my question is as below:
a) In case i plan to join Employer B and Employer B has not yet Applied for Labor\I-140, In that case will the H1-B Extension possible after 1 year with new Employer B with Old I-140 from employer A ?
b) In case i plan to join Employer B and has Applied for Labor\I-140 but not approved yet, In that case will the H1-B Extension possible after 1 year with new Employer B with Old I-140 from employer A ?
Assumptions: Employer A is not Revoking the I-140 in above 2 conditions.
Can you please guide me on the same as this is crucial to me, SO that it do not effect my employment.
