Client and Location Change - LCA & H1B Amendment

Hi All,

I work for an employer A in India who was the petitioner for my H1B visa which got approved on 01-Aug-16 and ready for stamping.

Condition When the petition was submitted:
Client Name: X
Location: X1

Condition When the petition was Approved:
Client Name: Y
Location: Y1

Need help on selecting one of the below options to proceed further:

Option 1:
Get the stamping done stating I will be working for Client X at Location X1 and then submit an amendment for client and location change

Option 2:
File an amendment first for client and location change and then proceed for stamping once the amendment is approved.

Please suggest me with the right procedure to move forward.
