I have booked an appointment for my spouse H4 visa in Delhi and had DS160 for Delhi.
Today morning i rescheduled the appointment to Hyderabad at earlier date, but didnt fill/update a new DS160 for Hyderabad and hence the DS160 form still has Delhi location.
Should I fill new DS160 for Hyderabad ?
Is it possible to update the new DS160 location as the appointment letter is already printed.
Will this be a big issue at her interview. Please advise.
