Urgent H1 advise required. Please help
Hi All,
Need some urgent advice. I applied for H1 transfer in May. It was approved and later I received an intent to revoke. We submitted the required documents. My H1 was revoked citing specialty occupation and employee employer relationship. I am reapplying H1 again with a different employer. What are my chances of my application getting approved? My new employer falls under Vermont processing center and my client resides in California Servicing area. Can I apply in Vermont servicing center? Please advise.
