I need your suggestion here.
Currently i am on 6 th year of H1B with company A. (H1 Exp - July 17) Company A has file my PERM and I 140 Which is approved on April 2016.
Now if, i wanted to change company (Assume in next 6 months)
1) What are the risks?
2) What are the steps needs to follow to switch company without any hassle?
3) What does i need from Company A
4) Is this a good time and good idea to change company?
5) what if, job title and responsibility (50 -70%) are different then PERM?
6) What if, Company A Revoked I-140
7) How Soon PERM/I 140 should be filed/approved by Company B to continue on H1B (beyond 6 yr).
8) should i wait for H1 Extension on next year from company A and then switch the job (Company B)?
