    Apply for H4-EAD with Employer change

    Hi All,

    Need advice on applying H4-EAD.
    I have changed to new Employer with which there is change in Petition(I-797). But my Perm and I-140 are with old employer/old petition. Now when i apply for H4-EAD, do i need to submit with old petition or new petition or should i submit both old and new petition.

    Please advice.
