Non-American applying for Temporary Job in USA

I wish to find some tourism and hospitality jobs in USA, such as Disneyland guest services, hotel front office and receptionist, and other tourist attraction guest services.

I have never been to USA before. But now I want to find some temporary works in USA.

How can a foreigner find these jobs? Should I apply in their official websites or contact the employers by email? Will the employers help me to apply for any work visa of USA?
