My H1B is currently for location A with Employer A, Employer A has filled a Amendment for Location B In premium Processing, Meanwhile I got an offer with employer B which I am planning to join, can employer B go ahead and file transfer petition in parallel while amendment is still in progress
1. will it cause any issues in my transfer petition
2. what will happen if i get a RFE for the amendment, will the transfer petition get approved even if the amendment is in RFE status
I have read post that this is fine, because I have a valid I-94 and its just an amendment and not extension, but also there are few post which says USCIS is considering this as bridge petition, while the others say it is not.
please share the expertise
