Change of status from h1 to h4

Hi all,

Hi sir,

My current visa is h1 and it is valid till 09/03/2016. I don't have project and pay stubs from January I want to change my status to h4. What are the option I have now?

My spouse employer saying to go out of country and do h4 stamping.

Assuming if I go to India for h4 stamping what are the questions I have been asked during h4 interview process???
