Hi Everyone! I am working as an consultant for an employer X who's paying me very less salary but has filed for my H1 this year (2016) and it's approved. However, would like to transfer to a different employer Y for better prospects.
Can somebody give me an insight in detail on how to go about the transfer initiation? What are the implications? Things I have to keep note of during the transfer? What time period would be safe to initiate the transfer? Legal proceedings etc. Please guide.
Note: The project I am currently working on is expected to end by December and hopefully extend till March.
