Hi,
I was working at Denver and shifted from there to Salt Lake City. My visa was valid till September 25th 2016. During my relocation I have applied for amendment which was pending. In March 2016 there was an RFE against my amendment. As I was not aware of it I did not respond to it till date. Today to my surprise I got a mail stating that I am out of status right now. But my new visa is valid from September 26th 2016 to 2019. Can I move a motion for the same or what best can be done so that I cannot leave the country.
Can I change to B2 or F1 now
