Options after H1B Amendment RFE Denial

I have a question regarding the available options after denial of H1B amendment petition.

Current situation: I am currently in India and have a valid H1B visa up to Sep 2017.
Moved to a new project in April 2016 and employer filed an amendment petition in April 2016.
Got an RFE in Jun 2016 employer responded back in Jun 2016.
Got a denial of amendment petition in August 2016.
My questions are:
Does denial of RFE mean my H1 will be revoked/canceled?
Can I refile amendment? if yes then is there any cooling period for that?
What are different options are available in front of me?
