H1B VISA Help
Hi Champs,
I have got my H1B petition approved by USCIS. I have the receipt number and I can see the status online.
But I haven't got other documents from my employer (like, I797) and my current employer is showing no interest in my travelling. I am located outside of the USA.
My question is, with my petition approved, can I apply for Job in the USA and will my new employer be able to change the sponsorship based on the Receipt Number alone?
Also, can I apply for a job in my home country and will be new employer be able to change the sponsorship?
