My current Employer A H1 is valid until Dec 2016 though my 6 year stay ends on Aug 28 2016. 140 is approved with Employer A. Employer A is applying for H1 extension based on 140 approval as my 6 year period is ending in 10 days.
1. Can I transfer to new Employer B with my H1 extension in progress with Employer A ?
2. Can both be processed in parallel?
3. Can I work with Employer B using H1 transfer Receipt ? What happens to H1 extension with Employer A ? What if H1 extension with Employer A goes to RFE ?
4. Since my 140 is approved, am I good to transfer now or Do I have to wait till H1 extension with Employer A is approved ?
