Hi,
My Company applied H1B and my application picket in lottery and approved for only 9 months for a particular project, Please find the below queries and provide your valuable comments.
1) if i am unable to go for stamping within my petition start date and End date period, what will happen to my approved petition status ?
2) if i stamped and not able to travel to US during the my petition start date and End date period,what will happen to my approved petition status ?
3) after expiry of approved petition without any stamping , what will happen to the approved petition ?
4) if once my petition got approved, do i need to go through the same latter process again and again ?
