I request your help on the below given situation.
Currently, I and my wife both are working on H1B Visa. I have my two H4 dependent kids added on my H1B. I am soon going to be inactive on my H1B as I am needed to step out from US to India for a family matter for 6 months. My wife will continue to work from US and I am needed to transfer H4 Visa for my kids's to my wife's active H1B.
In this regard, I have following questions I need your help on:
1. What is the process of transferring H4 dependents from one H1B to another active H1B (within family)?
2. How complex and easy this process is going to be?
3. How much time it usually takes and is premium processing available for this?
4. How much is the filing fees for this transfer process?
