I had worked in US for 4 months on H1B which was issued by Emp A and then left to my home country after resigning due to some personal reasons.
Now I am working for Emp B, when I had submitted my documents for transferring the visa, I got a mail that it has been cancelled as my previous petition is in Revoked status.
My visa/petition is still valid for 1 year as per passport.
Can anyone please let me know if my visa can be transferred to EmpB or not?If I join Emp A again , will they be able to use the visa?
