Hi,
Here is my Situation, My OPT end date is 3rd Feb, 2017. I know that I can
start my OPT STEM Extension Process no later than before 90 days of Expiration
date i.e., Nov 5th 2016 for Me. So i thought that i can start My Application process After Nov 5th
2016 But, my Question is My H1B visa application Got picked in this year lottery i.e., FY 2017 H1B
Quota, But Even now It is in the Initial Process i.e, case Was Received. I know that it
has time till SEP 30th, But my Question is what if it is still in pending after october
1st, can I apply for my OPT extension after Nov 5th 2016? or Do i need to wait till
my H1B application Decision. Can you please Help me on this issue.
