H1B Change of employer after travelling to US with Company A
Dear All,
I have valid petitions from 2 employers and don't have stamping from neither of them.
Company A has booked my PA date in September and asking me to travel as soon as I got my visa stamped. However, I would like to get my visa stamped from Company B and travel with them.
Because of the current wait times, I am not able to find a slot in next 3 months.
My Question:
1. Can I travel with Company A and change to Company B.
2. Does company B have to file an amendment ? Or since my petition was approved already, I just have to resign from Company A and complete the joining procedures for Company B.
Please help me out.
