My new emplyer applied H1 transfer in premium for me on 17th August and got RFE for I-129 notice yesterday ( 08/29/2016). Today the clock got updated as 13th Day.
Can anyone help me how it will be proceeded and how long it will take time to get confirmation.eman
As per the USCIS, the total time for the Premium file process is 15 days. How it will be processed as it was updated as RFE?
