my current employer revoke my h1b on 26th august, and after 4 days later another company B file my LCA. it still need to approve.
now i am getting offer from another company C , they found project , but its been a week, i have my paystub till 26th august. can i transfer to company C.
my current employer is saying it will not affect till 45 days.is it true.my i-140 approve with current employer
