Getting error on email confirmation page request

I am receiving below error after trying to get confirmation of submission of DS-160 for H4 visa.

Hi , Please let us know if anyone has further infromation. We are facing the issue when trying to complete ds160 for me and then trying to fill the form for family. Now I am stuck at this step. Is there any other link or navigation possible for filling family application since the email thankyou page is not working.
