Hello, my current H1 is valid till January 2017. I was planning to travel to India in October 2016. I asked my attorneys to apply for H1 extension. The new 797 is currently in the process using premium processing. When I get my new, extended 797, can I travel to India for visa stamping using my extended 797 before my current visa expires?
