I'm on H1B - Spouses green card in process

Hi,

I'm on H1b and by 6th year will expire Mach 2017. I've my I-140 approved and my employer has already filed for my H1B extension for 3 years.
We have been married for three years. My husband's green card is in process and he'll be filling for his i-485 shortly (EB2).
I'll will joining my husband in this i-485 process as a spouse.
Can you tell me what forms would I need to fill in as a dependent applicant?
