    H4 to H1B Change of Status

    Hi,

    I entered the USA in November, 2015 on H4 visa and now my employer in US has filed for an H1B.

    What is the procedure for H1B in this case?
    Do I need to go back to India for stamping?
    Or is it possible to get interviewed and stamped for H1B in US itself?
