    H1B Stamping in Toronto : After paying fees at Toronto, Can we go to other embassy?

    Hello,

    I have filled up DS-160 for H1 and H4s for Toronto US Embassy. Is it possible that I pay visa fees for Toronto and go to other embassy like Montreal / Ottawa if I find earlier appointment? DO I have to pay fees again if choose to go another embassy?

    Please advice.
