Help needed COS H1 - H4 ,Urgent Please
Hi,
I am on H1-B and my project is ending on Sep 15,2016, recently i came to know ,My employer can't keep me beyond that. My husband is also on H1-B and
I have plan to go India in November to attend one family function.
Questions:-
1. Should i change my status from H1-H4 for 2 months. (I may not get H4 decision as per current processing time frame).
2. Should i go to India at end of the project and come back fresh H4 from there.
3. If point 1 is good, will i be out of status as i will leave USA before H4 decision come.
4. If point 1 is good, will i have to withdraw my current petition COS once i leave for India.
5. Will there any issue while filing H4 from India.
Please suggest. thanks in Advance.
