Hello,
I am on H1b here in US from past 2 years. My H1b petition is having different designation, while my designation is different in company profile.
I filed amendment in LCA to correct designation and now I got RFE asking for further details. I need to go to India on emergency basis. Just want to know, if that would not create any problem in my travel.
Should I be worried about anything, which I need to take care in advance ?
