    Travel to with 1 month validity H1B visa

    Hi,

    I am planning to travel to India for 2 weeks on Sep-2016 and my H1B visa is valid until 15-Oct-2016. Wife and kid still be in USA with H4 visa which will expires on Oct-2016. I will apply for extension once i am back.

    Is it ok to travel to India?
    Will it cause any issue while i am coming back in Port Of Entry?
