I've an approved H1-B visa and is in planning to get it stamped in my home country. I'm filling my DS-160 and there is a section in the form which asks : Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? .
In the past when my US employer applied for my H1-B visa, my petition(I-129) was rejected because of the lack of documents. Does my H1-B petition denial (I-129) denial qualify as visa reject. Thanking everyone in advance.
