H4 stamping before H1B stamping

Hi,

I got a L1B to H1B status change approval notice recently and my wife got L2 to H4 status change approval.

Now.....my wife is planning to visit India next month or so. Can she get her H4 stamping in India before I get my H1B stamping?

Your H1B stamping will not be needed for H4 stamping. You will just have to produce all proof of remaining in status.
