1. At present in US on L1B status. If I do a new H1 thru Company A and wish to change to Company B from the date of new H1 approval - is it possible ? (That is not even working single day for company A).
2. When will this company B apply for H1 trasnfer ?
3. If it is ok to transfer, then when should I go for stamping and where ?
4. Is it possible to continue on L1B even after getting H1 or when will be this current L1B get invalidated ?
Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
